Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Air Fryer Salmon
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, and sesame seeds. Whisk thoroughly to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets, skin-side up, in a non-stick tray, and drizzle the marinade evenly over them. Let marinate for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Spray the basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Arrange the marinated salmon fillets, skin-side down, in the air fryer basket. Pour any remaining marinade over the fillets and sprinkle with additional sesame seeds if desired.
  5. Set your air fryer to cook for 7 minutes at 400°F (200°C). Check for doneness at the 5-minute mark.
  6. Remove the salmon once done. Serve immediately with steamed vegetables or fresh salad.
