Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cut apples into small cubes. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add apples and cinnamon. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In serving glasses, layer quinoa, sautéed apples, and dairy-free yogurt. Repeat layers until filled.
  4. Sprinkle additional cinnamon and chopped nuts on top before serving.
