  2. Combine apricot preserves, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until it simmers and thickens, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Season chicken wings with salt in a large bowl. Pour half of the cooled apricot glaze over wings and mix thoroughly.
  4. Arrange seasoned wings on a lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze at the 15-minute mark. Repeat until cooked through and golden.
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately with leftover glaze for dipping.
