Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This temperature is perfect for our Baked Salmon with Avocado Mash.
- Take four salmon fillets and place them skin-side down in a baking dish. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
- While the salmon is ready to bake, grab two ripe avocados. Cut them open, scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl, and use a fork to mash until smooth. Add lime zest and juice, a pinch of salt, and chopped dill.
- Place the prepared baking dish with salmon in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and place each fillet on a plate. Generously top with the creamy avocado mash right before serving.
