Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare two 14x14-inch squares of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss shrimp with the seasoning blend until well-coated.
  4. Divide seasoned shrimp evenly between foil squares, arrange broccoli beside shrimp, add 1 tablespoon of butter and broth to each, followed by minced garlic.
  5. Fold the edges of the foil together to create a loose seal, allowing steam to circulate.
  6. Bake the foil packets in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, unwrap carefully, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
