  • 4 fillets Salmon skinless, fresh fillets
  • ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce store-bought or homemade
For the Marinade
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh grated
For the Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions freshly chopped

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk together and set aside some for brushing later.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin side down on the baking sheet. Generously coat each fillet with the teriyaki marinade.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until opaque and flaky.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top while warm.
