Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash 1 pint of cherry tomatoes under cold water, slice in half and arrange cut-side up on serving plate.
  2. Place the burrata ball in the center of the tomatoes and let it rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the top of the burrata with a sharp knife to expose the interior.
  4. Sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper over the burrata.
  5. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil and balsamic glaze over the tomatoes and burrata.
  6. Chop parsley and sprinkle over the salad as a finishing touch.
