  2. Step 2: Heat olive oil in the skillet and sear chicken, skin-side down for 7-8 minutes until golden brown; flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Remove chicken, cover to keep warm. Add butter, shallot, and garlic to the skillet, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Step 4: Add broth, lemon juice, thyme, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
