Step-by-Step Instructions for Breakfast Club Sandwich
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Arrange the thick-cut bacon in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy.
  3. While the bacon is baking, shape the ground pork sausage into patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheese to melt.
  4. Scramble eggs in the same skillet with melted butter for about 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
