Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread a thin layer of blackberry jam.
- Slice the brie into ¼-inch thick pieces and layer on top of the jam, adding fresh sage evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly from the short end into a log and chill in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
- After chilling, slice the log into ½-inch thick pieces and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the pinwheels are golden brown and flaky.
- Allow the pinwheels to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
