- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Cut sweet Hawaiian rolls in half, placing the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Place the top half of the rolls over the mixture and press down slightly.
- Mix together melted herbed butter, garlic powder, and parsley; brush this over the top of the rolls.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a couple of minutes, then cut into portions and serve warm.
