  1. Prep the Grill: Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F for a perfect sear.
  2. Make the Tomato Relish: Pulse 3 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes and ½ cup of finely chopped red onion in a food processor. Allow to drain in a strainer for 2 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Burger Mixture: Soak 2 slices of soft white bread in ¼ cup of whole milk, mash them, and mix with ground beef, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into 4 patties.
