Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, instant yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add warm water and melted butter, stirring until the mixture forms a shaggy dough.
  2. Knead the dough on the floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it feels smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place for approximately 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  4. After the dough has risen, punch it down gently and divide into 12 equal pieces, rolling each into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly and place a generous portion of mozzarella cheese in the center, folding the dough over the filling and pinching to seal.
  5. Arrange the filled rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish, cover again, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and chopped parsley, allowing it to cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden-brown on top.
  8. Allow the Buttery Cheese Garlic Rolls to cool slightly in the baking dish before serving. They are best enjoyed warm.
