Prepare Cupcake Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Combine with dry ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full and press a Cadbury Creme Egg into each.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 18-20 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
Cool
- Let cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Make Frosting
- Beat softened butter until creamy, gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream, mixing until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Frost Cupcakes
- Once cool, frost cupcakes with a piping bag and add mini Cadbury Creme Eggs on top.
