- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Spread cream cheese over each triangle and roll them up.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add shredded cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the arranged crescent rolls in the casserole dish.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
- Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
