Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate the triangles. Spread cream cheese over each triangle and roll them up.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Add shredded cheese, ham, jalapeño, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the arranged crescent rolls in the casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 30–40 minutes or until golden brown. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
