  • 1 package Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Can substitute with any melting cheese
  • 4 slices Provolone Cheese Can be swapped with mozzarella
  • 4 oz Italian Ham or Salami Turkey or chicken deli meats are alternatives
  • 4 oz Pepperoni Optional; can swap for veggie alternatives
  • 2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Single herbs can be used instead
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For a bolder taste, replace with fresh garlic
Topping
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted Olive oil can be a healthier option
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a 12x14 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Layer provolone cheese, Italian meats, and shredded mozzarella on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Carefully roll the dough from one long edge, pinch seams and ends to seal.
  5. Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and make a few slits on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
