Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a 12x14 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Layer provolone cheese, Italian meats, and shredded mozzarella on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Carefully roll the dough from one long edge, pinch seams and ends to seal.
- Brush the top with melted butter, sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and make a few slits on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
