Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French or Italian bread lengthwise down the middle and hollow out some of the bread.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped olives, shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and melted butter.
- Spread the cheesy olive mixture onto each hollowed-out bread half, pressing down slightly.
- Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then slice into serving pieces.
