Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in a mixing bowl with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the mixing bowl with the seasoned potatoes.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
