Cooking Steps

  3. Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and add it to the mixing bowl with the seasoned potatoes.

  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
