- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place naan flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are evenly spaced.
- Spread a layer of basil or oregano pesto over each flatbread using the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle shredded fresh mozzarella evenly over the pesto-covered flatbreads.
- Add a handful of fresh baby spinach on top of the mozzarella.
- If desired, sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes across the spinach layer.
- Bake the flatbreads in the preheated oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool briefly, slice, and serve warm.
