Preparation

  2. Take two slices of bread and spread the tuna mixture generously between them.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat, adding a pat of butter to coat.
  4. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 3–4 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3–4 minutes until the cheese melts.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
