- Start by pouring either freshly squeezed lemon juice or your favorite store-bought lemonade into a blender. Add about 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and blend on high for 30 seconds.
- Next, introduce 1 cup of ice-cold water into the blender and blend on high for an additional 20 to 30 seconds until fluffy and light.
- Once blended, taste and adjust sweetness or lemon intensity by adding sugar or lemon juice as needed.
