- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your baking sheet or pizza stone, lightly greasing it if necessary.
- Place the crispy flatbread on your baking sheet, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over it, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and olives into bite-sized pieces in a mixing bowl. Toss with Italian dressing.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool. Pile the salad mixture on top of the cheesy flatbread.
