Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and prepare your baking sheet or pizza stone, lightly greasing it if necessary.
  2. Place the crispy flatbread on your baking sheet, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over it, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  4. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and olives into bite-sized pieces in a mixing bowl. Toss with Italian dressing.
  5. Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool. Pile the salad mixture on top of the cheesy flatbread.
  6. Use a pizza cutter to slice the salad pizza into pieces and serve warm.
