  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter divided
  • 6 cloves Minced Garlic more for bolder flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander optional
For the Freshness
  • 1 whole Lime juice and zest
  • 2 tablespoons Scallions chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro fresh leaves and tender stems

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the extra large shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Zest the lime and then cut it in half for juicing later.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and ground coriander in the skillet until fragrant.
  5. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in chopped scallions and lime zest, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  8. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lime juice as needed.
