Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon for the filling.
  7. Roll out half of the dough on a floured parchment paper into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick, then sprinkle cinnamon filling on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
  9. Place the rounds on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
