Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Noodles: Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions for 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a pot, add onions and garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes. Add carrots and celery, cooking for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Add Broth and Jackfruit: Pour in vegetable broth and add jackfruit. Bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season the Soup: Add nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, and turmeric. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Combine and Serve: In bowls, place cooked noodles and ladle hot soup over them. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
