Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain pasta and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat skillet, sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced bacon and cook until crispy (5-6 minutes). Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Whisk in heavy cream with bacon and garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  5. Slice chicken, return to skillet with sauce. Add drained pasta and reserve pasta water to reach desired creaminess.
  6. Plate servings, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
