- Boil a large pot of salted water, add pasta, cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain pasta and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat skillet, sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add diced bacon and cook until crispy (5-6 minutes). Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in heavy cream with bacon and garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Slice chicken, return to skillet with sauce. Add drained pasta and reserve pasta water to reach desired creaminess.
- Plate servings, garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
