Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add cauliflower rice, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed cauliflower rice, cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), half of the shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
