- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chicken stuffing mix according to the stovetop method on the package instructions.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and milk until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in the diced chicken breasts and frozen peas, corn, and carrots into the creamy mixture.
- Transfer the creamy chicken and vegetable mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Spoon the prepared stuffing mix on top.
