  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken stuffing mix according to the stovetop method on the package instructions.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and milk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced chicken breasts and frozen peas, corn, and carrots into the creamy mixture.
  5. Transfer the creamy chicken and vegetable mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Spoon the prepared stuffing mix on top.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
