  • 1 teaspoon Umami Seasoning Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Optional
  • 1 teaspoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Italian Seasoned Panko Breadcrumbs Use gluten-free if needed
  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter Melted

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, thyme, umami seasoning, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
  3. Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese mixture and stuff each halved morel mushroom.
  4. Melt salted butter and mix with panko breadcrumbs until coated.
  5. Press each stuffed mushroom into the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
