Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by washing and slicing your apples into ½ inch wedges, removing the cores and seeds.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sugar to create a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Prepare your breading station by filling three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with half of your cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip it into the beaten egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange your coated apple slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Once perfectly golden, remove the fries and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture while hot.

Notes
Choose firm apples to prevent soggy fries; don't overcrowd the air fryer for even cooking.
