Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and slicing your apples into ½ inch wedges, removing the cores and seeds.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sugar to create a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Prepare your breading station by filling three shallow bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and the last with panko breadcrumbs mixed with half of your cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Dredge each apple slice in flour, dip it into the beaten egg, then press into the breadcrumb mixture until well covered.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  6. Arrange your coated apple slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
