Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms under cold running water and pat dry. Trim the stems for an even finish.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Dredge each mushroom in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Arrange mushrooms in a single layer in the basket.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from air fryer, let cool, and garnish with parsley. Serve as desired.
