- Blend soaked chickpeas with onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, dill, cumin, cardamom, salt, and black pepper until coarse.
- Form falafel balls about the size of a golf ball and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and spray falafel with vegetable oil. Cook for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
- For frying, heat oil to 350°F and fry falafel in batches for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
