Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming off the stem ends, discarding yellow or damaged leaves, and cutting each sprout in half lengthwise.
  3. Coat the halved Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and arrange them cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast the sprouts for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the sprouts roast, whisk together the honey and minced garlic.
  6. Drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and chopped parsley on top and serve hot.
