- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Mix until fully blended and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until about ¼ inch thick. Slice into 2-inch wide strips.
- Take one pastry strip, spoon a generous amount of filling onto one half, fold over and seal edges. Twist to create a spiraled shape. Repeat for all strips.
