Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Place mozzarella string cheese sticks in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Unroll one tube of refrigerated crescent rolls and press the seams together to create a large sheet.
  4. Slice the dough into thin strips, about ½ inch wide.
  5. Wrap each frozen mozzarella stick with dough strips, sealing edges tightly.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place wrapped sticks on it.
  7. Refrigerate the wrapped mozzarella sticks for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake the mozzarella sticks for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
