  • 4 cups Chicken Broth vegetable broth is a good substitute

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Crockpot by placing it on a stable surface and setting to low heat.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add sliced kielbasa, sauté for 5 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Transfer cubed potatoes and green beans to the crockpot, layering evenly at the bottom.
  5. Gently place the browned kielbasa on top of the veggies.
  6. Pour chicken broth over all ingredients in the crockpot.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Stir gently.
  8. Cover the crockpot and set to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  9. Once cooked, remove the lid, stir gently, and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  10. Serve in bowls, garnished with chopped parsley.
