  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add 1 pound of ground turkey and 1 chopped onion. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and translucent.
  2. Transfer the turkey and onions into your crockpot. Add 14.5 oz of diced tomatoes, 15 oz pumpkin puree, 15 oz chili beans, and 15 oz black beans. Stir in 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice, and 1.5 tablespoons chili powder.
