  • 4 cups Cabbage can use coleslaw mix

  • 2 tablespoons Honey/Maple Syrup or agave syrup
For Assembly
  • 4 pieces Burger Buns gluten-free buns can be used

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and kosher salt over the chicken. Stir to coat, set cooker to high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Make the Apple Cabbage Slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, minced apple, and cilantro. Drizzle with honey/maple syrup and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Toss together.
  3. Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with forks. Return to the cooker and mix to coat with sauce.
