Preparation Steps
- Crush about four graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs. Sprinkle evenly in a lightly greased cast iron skillet.
- Evenly distribute half a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the graham cracker crumbs.
- Cover the chocolate layer completely with mini marshmallows.
- Arrange sliced strawberries and bananas on top, then sprinkle chopped pecans and extra chocolate chips.
- For indoor cooking, preheat oven to broil on high. Broil for about 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- For outdoor cooking, place the skillet on one side of the grill over indirect heat for about 5-10 minutes.
- Let cool for five minutes before serving.
