  • 4 sheets Graham Crackers Crushed
  • 0.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows Or cut regular marshmallows
  • 1 cup Strawberries Sliced
  • 1 Banana Banana (sliced) Or banana chips
  • 0.25 cups Chopped Pecans Can substitute with other nuts

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush about four graham cracker sheets into fine crumbs. Sprinkle evenly in a lightly greased cast iron skillet.
  2. Evenly distribute half a cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Cover the chocolate layer completely with mini marshmallows.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries and bananas on top, then sprinkle chopped pecans and extra chocolate chips.
  5. For indoor cooking, preheat oven to broil on high. Broil for about 3-4 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
  6. For outdoor cooking, place the skillet on one side of the grill over indirect heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  7. Let cool for five minutes before serving.
