  • ½ cup unsalted butter Melted; substitute with coconut oil for dairy-free
  • ½ cup monk fruit sweetener Other keto sweeteners like erythritol can be used
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until combined.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and thickened.
  5. Fold in almond flour and baking powder until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and cutting into squares.
