- Start by opening the can of jellied cranberry sauce. Carefully slice it into ½ inch thick discs and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet with cranberry slices into the freezer and let chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and optional coconut oil. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir and continue in 15-second increments until smooth.
