- Lightly spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
- In the prepared crockpot, add shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Gently combine with a spatula.
- Cover the crockpot with its lid securely and set the temperature to low.
- Cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours until creamy.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Once finished, add optional toppings like blue cheese and scallions. Serve warm.
