Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, sugar, and flour. Whisk until blended.
- Melt the butter and cool slightly, then add to the bowl with dry ingredients. Add eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Warm peanut butter until pourable and swirl into brownie batter.
- In a small bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and melted peanut butter for streusel until crumbly.
- Spread brownie batter in prepared pan and sprinkle streusel on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting.
