Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and position the rack in the center.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and mustard. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, coating well. Season with black pepper and salt.
  4. Allow the salmon to marinate for about 10 minutes.
