- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat, approximately 350°F.
- Combine the diced onion, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, mango chutney, and ground meat in a mixing bowl.
- Add oil to the griddle, then add the meat and vegetable mixture, cooking for 4-5 minutes while breaking apart the meat.
- Stir in the remaining cilantro, mango chutney, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and garam masala, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until aromatic.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining garam masala with mayo and hot sauce until smooth.
