Ingredients
  

For the Rice Bowl
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil or Coconut Oil Can substitute with olive oil.
  • 1 pound Ground Lamb or Chicken Can be replaced with turkey or beef.
  • 1 Onion Diced; yellow onion preferred.
  • ½ cup Shredded Carrots Can substitute with zucchini.
  • ½ cup Chopped Cilantro Can replace with parsley.
  • ½ cup Mango Chutney Any chutney can be used.
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce Tamari can be used for gluten-free.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Paste or Minced Garlic Fresh garlic is a great alternative.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Paste or Minced Ginger Fresh ginger can also be used.
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Garam Masala Adjust to taste.
  • 4 cups Cooked Basmati or Jasmine Rice Flavored rice can be used.
For the Sauce
  • ¾ cup Mayo Can substitute yogurt for a lighter sauce.
  • Hot Sauce Adjust based on spice preference.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat, approximately 350°F.
  2. Combine the diced onion, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, mango chutney, and ground meat in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add oil to the griddle, then add the meat and vegetable mixture, cooking for 4-5 minutes while breaking apart the meat.
  4. Stir in the remaining cilantro, mango chutney, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and garam masala, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until aromatic.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the remaining garam masala with mayo and hot sauce until smooth.
  6. Serve the cooked meat mixture over rice and drizzle with the sauce.
