Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by breaking each graham cracker in half, creating squares that will serve as the sturdy base for your Buckeye Graham Crackers. Arrange these pieces in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Scoop out portions of the peanut butter mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Flatten each ball slightly and place it on top of a graham cracker square.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Heat in the microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until fully melted.
- Dip each assembled graham cracker into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's completely coated. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter chips with the vegetable oil using the same method until smooth.
- Once the chocolate is set, drizzle the melted peanut butter chips over the top in a zigzag pattern. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
