Step-by-Step Instructions for Chicken & Broccoli Stir-Fry
  1. Cut chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and white pepper. Let them rest.
  2. Wash and chop broccoli into florets, peel and dice ginger and garlic, and mix oyster sauce, tamari, and sesame oil.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add broccoli, cover for 2 minutes, then cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if needed and stir-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  5. Lower the heat, melt butter, and sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.
  6. Return chicken and broccoli to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and toss everything together for 1 minute before serving.
