  • 1 cup Gruyère Cheese shredded, can substitute with any cheese blend
  • ¼ cup Fresh Chives for garnish, can substitute with parsley or dill

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the English muffins into cubes, toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine whole milk, flour, melted butter, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook until thick.
  4. Layer the toasted muffins, Canadian bacon, and pour custard mixture. Crack eggs on top.
