Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (if using). Use a spatula or whisk to mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips into the yogurt-peanut butter mixture.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon, portion out the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Carefully place the baking sheet into the freezer and allow the bites to freeze for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  5. If desired, melt an additional 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and drizzle it over the frozen bites and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.
  6. Once solid, transfer the bites to an airtight container and keep stored in the freezer.
