Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of collagen powder, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir until it's smooth and creamy.
  2. Carefully add 1 cup of fresh blueberries to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold the blueberries in without crushing them.
  3. Scoop out the yogurt-covered blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow the blueberries to freeze for at least 1 hour, or until completely solid.
  5. After freezing, transfer the yogurt blueberry bites into a freezer bag or airtight container for storage.
